Resource Development Company, Inc. is primarily geared towards retained search and our mission of helping companies, “Build High Performance Organizations“. Of course, the state of our country has a lot to do with the amount of retained searches we’re currently engaged in. Like most executive search firms, we’re doing our best to survive in this economy, and also add some other services to our repertoire to help differentiate RDC, Inc. from competitors in the industry. With that in mind, the co-owners of RDC, Inc. did some brainstorming several months ago and decided to create a web-based company under the Resource Development Company umbrella. That new company, Jobmetrx, was officially launched on May 12th, 2009.
Looking for a new position can be a full time job in itself. To be successful, you need to have the right tools, the right approach and the right attitude. Jobmetrx helps to “brand” job seekers and bundles four key areas of the employment search process – résumé preparation, personal branding, job search assistance and career counseling. They will help you develop self-marketing materials that will effectively convey your skills, experience and talents, as well as create your own personal brand and craft a comprehensive search strategy.
